Wow...so it's been a year since I created Lovely Little Things.. so much has changed and best of all I've met tons of really really really awesome people. I want to thank each and every person who follows my blog for the support..and I also want to Thank all the lovely ladies that I talk to about polish all the time.. two main ladies that I really need to thank and give love to is the AHMAZING Traci from The Trace Face Philes and equally AHMAZING Ashley from Ashley is Polishaddicted *muah lots and love to you two wonderful ladies*

For my first blog-versary..I'm giving out pretty great prizes if I say so myself ;)

This time the prize up for grabs is Lynnderella's Very Pretty Vampire and Deborah Lippmann's Satin Doll...same drill...two winners and first winner picks first then the second winner gets what's left...

Deborah Lippmann's Satin Doll is a nude-y color that I got as a freebie when I shopped ;) It has a really nice silver shimmer in the bottle...

Lynnderella's Very Pretty Vampire is another polish that I bought but then I didnt feel like it was very "me" when I got it... Its for really nice red and burgundy-ish glitter...its nice and vampy ;)

*sigh* I'm soo over valentine's day.... Valentines last year was bad for me and this year it was just the same as any other day... this mani is inspired by my ex... [well technically i don't even really count him as an ex since in my book he was never really a "boyfriend" considering after he said he wanted me to be his "girlfriend" we never actually went out...then he said "we should just be friends" like two months after and like two days before valentines day....he was such an ass... thus the title of this mani haha...] anyways... moving on to the mani... I chose ManGlaze cuz their matte polishes are THE BEST mattes ev-er [and the names they give the polishes are pretty kick ass too]....seriously...instead of matching nails on both hands I decided to mirror the two colors... I chose Lesbihonest which is a "Feeeuuuwshaaa" color and also Cabrón which is a "Kinda Darth Smurfple"

i just love how the shimmer in the mattes are so subtle...

*sigh* its so pretty :)

I got many compliments on this mani too...which made me reaaaly happy..

and BAM with a topcoat...you immediately see the hidden shimmer that was lurking underneath the matte-ness .... nice huh?

Woa.. long time no post ;) ... anyways I'm starting to get back on track with school so expect to see more posts.. and yes once my paycheck comes in I'll be posting the next giveaway up... so onto the manicure.. In one of my management classes there's this obnoxious lady...and boy oh boy did I get irritated by her...every dang thing the professor said she would giggle or make some irrelevant comment that drove me NUTS!!! I'm so glad I'm not in her group for groupwork...*thanks god for small favors* lol...anyways this is going to sound really bad...but the first thing I thought of was Man Glaze- Fuck off and Dye..... I dont mean any ill will to her [other then like a sore throat so she wont say anything inclass maybe...] but seriously this was the mani related thought that came to mind..so this one's for you obnoxious lady from my class..hahah

So I did different "designs" on my hands but the idea was the same..and the same sentiment too.... haha...

On my right hand I did two coats of Matte is Murder..cuz seriously..murderous thought were swimmin in my head every time she giggled....no joke... but this color is sooooo awesome...manglaze is just the bomb dot com....i just adore their matte polishes...

Next on my left hand i put on Man Glaze's Fuck off and Dye...such a pretty pink... Its just so lovely ;)

Then I layered China Glaze- Broken hearted on top of matte is murder and cracked concrete on top of fuck off and dye...and thats it... thank goodness I'm not in the same group as ms.obnoxious.. >.< I sit in the back of the class to avoid her as much as possible...

Lookie at the packaging...its soo purrrty....I was like "WOAAA" when I saw the pretty paper then i went "oOoOoOoOoOoOo its sooooo preeetttyyyy O___O" when I saw the confetti thingy.. ;)

There was also this really awesome note :) *dang it this made me wish I had cats...they're so cute! but they can be moody too ;) love them!*

It's Time for a Swap: My First Swap With Leslie :)

A couple weeks back Leslie over at Lacquered by Leslie asked if I was interested in swapping with her..she wanted to get her hands on some Island Girl polishes and I was glad to oblige :) I sent over a bunch and she sent over a bunch back to me ;) She's such a sweetie!! Here's what I got :D

It's like it was Christmas ^_^ look at all the awesomeness... lets get down to the details..

My very first Nabi polish!~ woo hoo... This is supposed to be Metallic Light Blue but in the bottle it looks more like light green...I shall investigate/swatch and show y'all when I gots the time ;)

hohoho then I got 2 Zoya's...the one with the shimmer is Nimue and the creme is Petra...both are so my cup of tea :)

Then I literally squeeled when I unwrapped these two... I LOOOOOOOOOOVE these... oh em gee... first was the multi chrome Lapis Amethyst and then there was a HOLO- Ruby Diamond... *drooools* love time a bajillion ^_^

Then I got these two glitter polishes..the glitter is kind of obscuring the brand name..>.< but its soo glittery...its so sparkly O_O

i also got these 3 Revlon pretties...hohoho the Passion Fruit and Peach Smoothie one smell so puurty...o_O um I'm not gettin high or anything but duude these smell niiiice~

Then I gots 3 Kleancolors...2 crackles a red and a purple..and one that was on my Wish list... the Chunky Black Holo!!!! OH EM GEEEE~~ I used this once already *from my previous post....did y'all guess correctly?? this is soo pretty...its like blue glittery but also green..but then you look again and its orangey-red... O__O pure awesomenesssss....

and I got 3 of these 10 Professional Nail Lacquers...I'm seeing great possibilities with these three...maybe a little water marbling action ;)

So thats all the polish I got and I love love love love love em~ Thank you so so so much Leslie!! ;)

But thats not all she sent........

She also made me this GORGEOUS!! ornament...i love it so so so so so so so much <3

Catch-Up Mani 2: Va Va Voom Red and other Pretty-ness..

I don't know if you guys heard...but I'm afraid of red polish...when I saw that I was getting January in my December Julep box I was afraid... but curious and excited at the same time...so I left it and when it got to me and I wore it... and then at first i was scared but then I started loving it ^_^ haha...so i asked my buddies on facebook what kind of mani I should do with a bunch of colors...and here's what i came up with...

This was a really rushed mani..so please excuse the not cleaned up edges and yuck cuticles -__-"....

My next mani was consisted of a polish that was on my Wish list for a while...but i never really wrote an official "wish list" so I kept forgetting about it... >.< but then recently I did a swap..and I gots it and I was over the moon :D

I used Illamasqua-Scarab as my base color...then i added this "wish list" polish on top.. *drools* its so darn pretty...can you guess what color it is? (I'll reveal in my swap post later... ;) hehe)

*sigh* boy oh boy this is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice ;)

It's A New Year ^_^

Heeeeellllooo 2012 ^_^ For this New Year's eve/ New Year's Day I decided to do a sparkly mani but different from the "black and gold" that seems to be popular for the new years...

This is a layering combo... I used Sally Hansen- Lapis Amethyst, OPI- Save Me, and Lynnderella Connect the Dots...

First I used 2 coats of Sally Hansen - Lapis Amethyst..it's a lovely multi chrome that I received in my first swap (its going to be in catch-up post 3 i think ;) hehe) it has hints of silver,pink,purple,bluey green...its hard to capture on film but its really nice...

So this is a coat of OPI's Save Me from the new Nicki Minaj collection... the bar glitter is so holo-ey ^_^

Then I decided to add a layer of Lynnderella's Connect the Dots to give the manicure a little bit more depth...

Catch-up Mani 1: Christmas tree bomb :)

Here I have the first of like 3 or 4 manis that I did over the couple of weeks...so here I am playing Catch-up ;) my first mani is a green with glitter mani that manifested from a tree idea.. but its so much more awesome...in fact i think you can wear this mani whenever you want :)

It is so darn sparkly it is AWESOME...

First off, 2 coats of Julep's Emilie..this is a very nice evergreen color...its actually opaque in one coat but I put 2 on ;) ...

Then I used a coat of Lynnderella's The Glittering Crowd..and then a layer of HITS- Hefesto..but then I felt like the holo-ness covered the glitter of the Lynnderella so I topped it with another layer of the Lynderella...lemme show you some close ups ;)

Isn't this gorgeous?? O__O I luuurve it...

Lynnderellas can be bought at her from her blog for $12 each, her shop will be reopening in January. She has a minimum order of 5 bottles and only ships within the US or you can buy it from Llarowe who will be restocking on Jan 4th,for $15 each or $14 if you buy more than one of the same polish. oOo thats a hard one! um... Essie for Cremes, HITS for Holos, and OPI/China Glaze for glitters <3 hehe...I kinda answered the question ;)

-I like it but its hard to get it to crackle the right way...I love the possibilities but i don't like the formulas.. >.<

umm... my aunt gave me the limited edition Louis Vuitton polish from aaages ago...i've used it twice and haven't had the heart to use it again since it's so rare ;) lol

Its raining so much I live in a swamp...

ok so yes it is pouring...but no i'm not technically living in a swamp...its just that the title fits my mani ;0 hehe...today on facebook i found out i was wearing the same mani [well 80%] same mani as Traci from The TraceFace Philes...so i decided to do another mani that is somewhat inspired by one of her previous manis....

This is what I came up with...

This is from Traci over at The Trace Face Philes ... but obviously I didnt have such pretty long nails and I didnt have that nubar color either so I improvised ;)

First off a coat of Julep's base coat...boy oh boy I love this stuff..it makes my nails look so pretty...sometimes I just want to wear this on its own ;) haha...

Then I put on 2 coats of Julep's Selena, one coat was actually good but I put two on just because I wanted to ;) as usual the formula was great and smooth as well...

Then came the moment I was waiting for.... the Lynderella!! ^_^!!! but then when I grabbed it out from my stash I saw that it had sorta seperated...eek! O_O so instead of shaking or rolling the bottle like a crazy lady, I made sure the cap was on tight and then flipped the bottle upside down and came back around half an hour later to do this part of the mani...

The top picture is one coat of She Lived in a Swamp...i used a dot and swipe sorta motion to put this polish on because the glitter is kinda chunky...and the second picture is with 2 coats...

>.< Yes the title explains it all huh? T__T if you follow me on facebook you probably heard a few days ago my pinky fingernail had an accident and i had to cut it short...and then it looked wonky with four "regular" nails and a nubby one so I bit the bullet and now i have nubby nails :< sad times here at Lovely little things...but no worries...the show must go on ;) the other day I really couldn't decide what to paint my nubby nails..for some reason i feel like dark colors dont look so well on nubby nails? it must be another one of my weird psychological things... anyways ... I ended up doing a mani with HITS No Olimpio Hestia and HITS No Olimpio Poseidon :) both of which are holos and purchased from Llarowe [can you tell its one of my absolute FAVE places to shop haha...]

See....holo-ey...glittery...nubby nails.... >.< ok lets start off with my left hand....

Since the HITS are rather small bottles..I decided to use underwear ;) [ha! that sounds weird typing that...] anyways... I used a thin coat of Essie's Cocktail bling which is a grey-bluey creme color...

Then I put on 2 thin coats of HITS Poseidon...its sooooo purty...

These were all taken indoors with lamp light/natural light....it was sooo holo-ey ..and with my short attention span I kept glancing at it and was easily distracted..hahaha.... just when I was satisfied.....Ashley from Ashley is Polish Addicted...was talking about OPI's glitter day (Dec 1.) and so then I jumped on the bandwagon with OPI- Simmer & Shimmer on my ring finger...

Then FINALLY the bright ball in the sky decided to cooperate and I was able to take some "in the sun" shots...can you see the holo-ey-ness? its freakin AWESOME-sauce~~now to my right hand...

I started with Essie- Lilacism for underwear....

Then I added 2 thin coats of Hestia.... its puuuurrty....now do you see why I had a hard time choosing which color?? haha

Once again this is all taken indoors with lamp light/natural light....and for my ring finger I used my fave glitter.. OPI- Teenage Dream... its soo holo-ey ;)

Behold....the power of the sun lol....my mani was waaay holo-ey... it was great!!

Once again... HITS can be purchased from Llarowe for 10$ each... and I got nail mail from her today so expect to see some more holo-ey goodness in the near future....

The first Red I love...seriously...

Ok I think I have some sort of fear of red color...overall I like red but I feel like it doesn't look good on me so I don't really wear red and this applies to every thing from shirts to polish to lipstick...but I don't know what persuaded me and I grabbed Essie's Size Matters from their new Winter collection at CVS...and I looved it >.<

It's so bright and red...it's bright but to me it wasn't too in your face neon type of bright...I liked it and I was pleasantly surprised...

I was so happy that I finally found a red that I felt like looked "good" on me! This went on smoothly and it was opaque in 2 coats...

Then I added a coat of Lynderella's infamous Connect the Dots...its so pretty~ it's such a simple way to jazz up a mani ;)

The multi dimensional errr glitters? look so puurrrrrrty...

Ludurana Aurora Boreal Superior is like liquid sunshine... PIC HEAVY POST

Recently the lovely Llarowe got some Ludurana polishes in stock...I think they're from Brazil and boy..they're sooooo purty~~~ The first two I tried was a holo polish (which im showing y'all here) and a duochrome. Both are soooooo amazing...

Halloween-ish nails, Jewerly ideas, and Toki Doki ^_^

First off have y'all entered my giveaway yet? Enter Here~ ... Ok.. So it's been a crazy week...just when I finish a midterm it seems like another one is popping up.. so I've been a wee bit busy.. anyways today I have a whole lottta stuff to show/tell you guys! First off mani first..then more nail related stuff..then not nail related stuff.. :)

I decided to make a Halloween inspired mani this week since Halloween is jsut around the corner...

I started with 2 coats of Wet N Wild's Black Pearl...its just a bsic black creme...

For my ring finger I used 2 coats of Butter London's Fairy Lights which is part of their Holiday 2011 collection...It has a chrome-like finish so it does hightlight all the flaws your nails may have (like ridges etc) but a good thing is that there were no brush strokes visible..I'm still deciding whether I love it or hate it hehe...

At first, seeing the chrome-y finish with the Butter London I wanted to stamp with it to see if it would be a hit but...no go there.. >.< The polish dried too quickly for it to be picked up by the stamper or it would get picked up but not transfered to the nail...I scrapped that idea after trying on the pinky..

So I changed tactics and busted out my all-star...my China Glaze millennium...I always hate stamping with this b/c I feel like I'm wasting but the effect is soo gorgeous... -__-" sigh anyways I used Konad plate m64 and I chose the graphic line design...i thought it felt very shattered glass like... and for my accent nail I decided to use Bundle Monster plate 223 and the cute little ghost guy there...

Here was the result..I used Wet N wild black pearl for the stamping on the pink nail but I just wasnt feeling it...it wasn't opaque enough to me and it just looked wonky...so I scrapped that nail and redid it...

I put 2 coats of Wet N Wild Black Pearl on teh ring finger and stamped with millennium using the cross line design on the same konad plate...then I topped it with CND Sapphire Sparkle... and of course I added some rhinestones...hehehe I love the bling..but not too much...

Ok onto the next section... the semi related to nail polish news.... Other then painting my nails I love to make jewelry and after seeing some other people use nail polish in jewelry I started fooling around with that idea and experimenting *insert evil scientist laughter here* and here are some of my creations...I'm thinking of makeing them into pendants for necklaces and phonechains/keychains and earrings with the smaller ones...

For the top 2 oval ones I used Cult Nail polishes, the blue and pink was zoya, orly, and opi, and my personal fave the blue and silver was Julep, CND, and Zoya...

The slight shimmer is soo pretty!~~

Also over the weekend I had a chance to meet this guy...you know who he is? he's Simone Legno...the creator/artist behind TokiDoki! I was majorly excited when he announced a couple weeks back that he was coming to Hawaii :) and i'm so glad I got a chance to meet him...he's so sweet!

Finally last news of the day.... Lovely Little Things has passed 100 followers!!!!! Thank you guys so so so so much!! So this weekend I'll go shopping and I'll do another giveaway for hitting the 100 mark...For this next giveaway do you guys want 1 winner with a larger amt of prizes (4-6 items) or 2 winners with (2-3 items)? The reason I ask is that honestly I'm still a college student and I work part time making minimum wage so as much as I'd like to host giveaways its not feasible for me to do so all the time... Recently I ordered a couple polishes from Llarowe who is a US distributor for UK polishes like A-england, Glitter Gal, Ozotic,and even Picture Polish... One of the beauties I bought was H724 Frappe Glitter Gal 3D Holographic Nail Polish....which is so dang beaaaaautiful its CRAAZY~

It looks simple in the bottle but in the sun its like bang~! the holo is so great....at first I was a bit skeptical because it was a bit pricey for this lil thing but wow its so so so soooo worth it!!

The holo-ness is soo good...I just couldn't stop staring at my nails haha...*as you can see from the second pic here I was supposed to be working on some hoomework but I was so distracted... haha the black is another glitter holo polish I got from Llarowe...

At first i had black holo polish on my pointer finger...but then I decided to change it to a full mani so I changed it back to the pink :)

It's sooo pretty!!

Meet my new Lovelies...

Wow its been hectic lately and with midterms comin up I'm sad to say I might be posting even more irregularly nowdays.. >.< but that doesnt mean I have to stop adding lovelies to my collection ;) hehe...its a hard habit to break but whenever I see a nice polish I think about it and think about it but then end up gettin it.. .haha my poor poor paycheck... anyways here's some stuff I've gotten these past weeks...

Hehe.... I have a lot of new lovelies hehe...

First off I was most excited by the Models Own package..I got these when they had their fifty percent off sale from facebook....these are my first Models own and boy I had to wait a loooong time for them.. >.< shipping all the way here in the middle of the ocean takes FOREVER >.<

They were wrapped up all prettily....

The colors I bought were (L-R) : Pink Blush, Feeling Blue, Lime Green, and Beth's Blue

Next up, Cult Nails... I love love love this brand.. Maria's creations are so great! I have almost all the colors (waiting for Quench to come back then I can order Quench and Iconic and finish up my Cult Nails collection hahaha) I ordered these when Maria had the promotion for her Get It On/ Wicked Fast base coat and top coat...the deal was the base & top coats plus one nail color and then you'd get 5$ off..but then I got tempted and ended up buying My Kind Of Kool-Aid as well...

Here they are out of their protective little brown wrapping (L-R): My King of Kool Aid, Vicious, Get It On Base Coat, and Wicked Fast Top Coat...

Then my coworker Jennifer was such a sweetie the other day and she drove me all the way to the other side of the island to the Target store so I could see if they had the Revlon Glitters (they were sold out :( but I managed to snag Blue Mosaic on ebay ..*no picture of it here except on the top main picture though*..) and while I was there I ended up grabbing 4 of the fall collection (L-R): Carry on, Lady Like, Case Study, and Power Clutch...

Next up we have some KleanColor polishes...these were my first Kleancolors that I got.. I like the glittery-ness.. again since we dont have an Ulta, or Sally's and our CVS has a sad selection of polishes I had to get these Lovelies online...from (L-R):Aurora, Starry Meteor, Chunky Silver, Tahitian Sunset, and Starry Night.

Next up I also recieved these babies from Laura over at Laura's Lacquers ... I won her giveaway and the babies I recieved were (L-R): L.A Colors Magnetic Force, L.A Colors Radiation, NYC Big Money Frost, Sally Hansen Magoes Loco, OPI Lucerne-tainly Look Marvelous and some fimo oranges too :)

Then Traci from the Trace Face Philes talked about her polishes that she bought from Llrowe and naturally I was tempted... and eventually gave in hahah...I bought (L-R): Glitter Gal H701 Black, Glitter Gal H724 Frappe , and A- England Tristam...these are all my firsts frmo their respective brands...Can't wait to try them...

and then last but not least the cherry on top...I bought these Nails Inc. Magnetic polishes!!! *squeeeeee* I've been wanting to try magnetic polishes for a while but there werent any that were availible and I thought price worthy ( I didnt even know if I would like the look yet so I wasnt willing to shell out 10$ for a polish and 20 for a magnet...) these Nails Inc polishes were from Sephora.com and they were 16 each with the magnet on the cap..I had a 10% off coupon for sephora because I renewed my VIB status so I took advantage of that :) the two colors are Houses Of Parliament and Trafalgar Square

I also bought these Nail art striping tapes and mini steel balls for nail art from the bornpretty store...

and got these decals from Viva la nails...3 sets of stickers and 3 sets of water decals...

hehe I was anxious to play with the magnetic polishes... here are some skittles.. on my ring finger is Trafalgar Square (it has a dent/smudge because I held the magnet too close and it smudged -__-" must practice!!) my middle finger is just a coat of Cult nails Vicious, and my pointer is House of Parliament over Essie's Carry-on

Essie's Carry-On and Cult nails Vicious does look a wee bit similar in the bottle...I'll try to do a comparison soon :)

Thats all the lovelies I got so far..but I did just get a couple more before this post that I didnt want to add to this post yet... and thanks to Traci from the Trace Face Philes I'm now up to 49 followers!! wow.. major thank you! i'm planning a little something something once i hit the big Five-Oh... hehe.. ManGlaze..I freakin love you~

Recently I've become the very proud owner of 5 ManGlaze Matte Nail Polishes... dude these things are CRAZY good... >.< at first I only bought Matte is Murder and Fuggen Ugly but after seeing The TraceFacePhiles swatch ILF......I got tempted and ended up buying F^ck Off and Dye (loove that name btw), ILF, and Cabron..

They are so great....

A whole bunch of goodies were also in the box that the polish came in... :)

The names crack me up...I didn't have time to do full swatches of each color so I did a mani using every color...

Here's the names/order of what's what... Pinky: F^ck off and Dye, Ring Finger: ILF, Middle Finger: Cabron, Index Finger: Matte is Murder, Thumb: Fuggen Ugly..

First up, F^ck Off & Dye...even if I hated this color I would've bought it anyway cuz the name is that great...but I love pink so this color was great... its a great bright pink in ManGlaze's signature Matte finish... loove~

Next up, on my ring finger was ILF...this turquiose-y blue-y color is soo pretty! I really can't find another color like it... and once again the matte finish makes it that much more great...

on my middle finger we have Cabron...which is a really deep purple-y color...sometimes it seems black but it's actually a deep purple-y blue-y color...i think its a nice alternative to black sometimes..

Next up...Matte is Murder...it looks simple but its not...there's a sheen of glittery awesome-ness that can be seen...more pictures towards the bottom of this post..

and last but not least... we have Fuggen Ugly which is anything but ugly...this grey color is subtle to me is a good substitute when wearing black may be a little too much for you..

I wore this mani for like a week...and it was great...the tipwear was almost non-existent..which is a big plus for me..

These two pictures were taken 3 days into the mani and look at the non-existent tipwear...this stuff wears like iron.. I just couldn't believe the wear on these... I shelve a lot of books at work (seen above..both sides of that cart are THAT packed) and I do one cart that packed and then other not as packed carts but it's hell on my nails....most of the mes I have to change my mani not because I wanted to but because it chipped after work or had bad tipwear so I needed to change it..Manglaze did not let me down..that stuff is great..I freakin love it!!

This is a side by side comparison of Matte is Murder( left) and Cabron (right)...you can see that on the right there is a purple-y sheen to it..and the glitter-y matte-ness is stronger then the black....

Here is the side to side comparison of Cabron (left), Matte is Murder (middle), Fuggen ugly (Thumb)

There is a difference that can be clearly seen in the three colors... but if I had to choose only one... I think I'd stick with Matte is Murder...that is so classic~

I did a quick full-on Matte is Murder mani but didnt take too many pictures.. I did switch it up a bit by using Seche Vite top coat on my index finger...

Look at that shimmery awesome-ness...that is a the greatness of Matte is Murder..

I was so excited about my ManGlaze polishes that my mom was like "oh do my nails too" hehe..so she has Cabron on all her nails except her ring fingers which I used F^ck off & Dye for her left hand and ILF on her right...

Stamping With BornPretty ^_^

A while back I got some items sent over to me from the Born Pretty store to review. I like shopping with them because they are reliable and they have a wide array of items...

The items I recieved included some stamping plates, the stamper and some polishes to stamp with...

The plate that I decided to try out was m60 with the dots,plaid squares,argyle pattern, a paisley like pattern and the flowers on the side..

I used the blue stamping polish and stamped the argyle onto my pinky and ring finger..

I had a base of Cult Nails Devious Nature..and the blue stands out quite nicely..I had some problems working with the stamping polish formula..the design wouldnt really stamp on properly...

then I decided to use the paisley like design for my thumb...as you can see from this close up..the craftmanship of these plates are great~ just like konad ones...the polish I used was the white polish..

I was very pleased with the white..I was worried it wouldn't be opaque enough but still it came out okay..

Then finally I used the yellow for the plaid stripes onto my index finger...

For me personally I liked the stamper and the plates...the only thing i wasn't satisfied with was the stamping polished...I'm not sure if you can tell in this picture but the polish stained the stamp..there is a faint blue-ish tinge to my stamper now... the polishes dried really really quickly so I had a bit of a struggle to stamp the designs onto my nail (there's a bald spot on my pointer) and so because the polish dried so quickly it was hard to stamp the full design onto my nail sometimes... but I really liked the plates and stamper...just not the polishes..

Here are some more of the plates I recieved....

You can purchase 16 Set Of Plates for $11.49 or one for $2.32... the Dual Sided Stamper is $2.78
...and a Set of 5 Stamping Polishes is $6.19 ... These plates in my opinion work great and are a great alternative to the other more expensive ones out there..

Lately I've been soooo busy with school! >.< I hate that for some reason I'm always stuck doing powerpoints in class just because my group members won't man up to do it...*sigh* anyways but the good news is that even though I've been busy with school and work I've still been buying nail polish ;)...er wait would that be good news? um...well good for my mood but bad for my wallet..anyways I decided to do another simple ombre mani..this time with the on trend color.... Blue!!

I had to dig through my polishes swatching to see what blues worked the best...

Here are the polishes I finally ended up choosing... Essie-Smooth Sailing, Butter London-

Henley Regatta, Essie- Lapiz of Luxury, Butter London- Lady Muck, and Essie Main Squeeze.

My pinky used two coats of Essie's Main Squeeze...I chose this because it has a grey like color but a sublte blue shimmer as well...

My ring finger used 2 coats of Butter London's Lady Muck...

My middle finger was 2 coats of Essie- Lapiz of Luxury...

I forgot to take a picture of my pointer finger...sorry~ >.<

and finally 2 coats of Essie Main Squeeze...

Then for extra glittery goodness I topped it with a layer of Hologram top coat (silver)..

The two polishes I recieved in my first box was Alfre..a really nice pearlescent lavender color (a fall color thats just released!!) and Carrie which is a nice creamy pink.

The polish that I got this month is Toni which looks like a distant relative of Alfre..it's a creamy brownish purplish color..

Lastly in this month's box was the SPF 30 hand cream which I can' wait to try...

For my franken I was inspired by Blake Lively's role in The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants...she played Bridget and that all american bubbliness came shining through to me.. so naturally I made a yellow glitter franken..

After 1 coat the color is still a bit sheer and you can still see my nail line but after the second coat the coverage is better (last picture is 2 coats)

The "recipe" I used is pretty straight forward.. I started with the holo glitter I bought on ebay..I used 3parts silver 1part gold and 1 part purple. Then I added in Zoya' Erika, Pandora a drop or two of Blair, and China Glaze Something Sweet and White Cap ( to give it that hint of silvery gold shimmer) and a few drops of NARS Adelita for that hidden gold shimmer...

Voila!~ Its a Nude Party :)

I've gotten so hooked on frankening...In fact I ordered some color morphing powders and some spectraflair( to make holor frankens) so I can't wait to see what goodies I make next :)

Glow in The Dark Comparison

I love a good glow in the dark polish and with Halloween coming up next month I've got 3 Glow in the dark polishes to compare.

First we have Ghoulish Glow from China Glaze (left), then Sephora by OPI in Full Moon (middle) and lastly we have OPI's Zom-Body To Love (right... I bought this in OPI's Spookette set so it's the 4 Halloween mini set)

This is how it looks on the nail. I used 3 coats of the China Glaze, ans SOPI. For the OPI I had to use 4 coats.

Ok... On my pointer finger is Zom-Body to Love. This was really sheer..this was four coats and it still wasn't a really opaque green. In the middle we have SOPI's Full Moon which came out last Halloween and I was lucky enough to pick up 2 bottles of this. This color is streaky..but it evens out by the time you put on the third coat. Last up, we have Ghoulish Glow on my ring finger. This is 3 coats as well but I could've just as well gotten away with using only 2 coats.

See the glowy-ness of the nail..hehe so pretty! As you can see the SOPI in the middle glows the brightest then its the China Glaze on the left and last up is the OPI on the right.

You can see clearer here that the SOPI in the middle is the brighters the China Glaze on the right is next and then the on the left the OPI is like a dim lightbulb compared to the other two...

When I came around to remove these polishes the SOPI one stuck the most. However, with that being said... I didn't wear a top coat with these...last year when I wore Full Moon with Seche it chipped really quickly... The OPI was a bit hard to remove as well but nothing a little scrubbing with a cotton ball that couldn't remove..The china glaze was breeze to remove but it didnt chip either.

What do you think about Glow in the Dark polish?

I recently purchased some more Butter London polishes from Nordstroms and I gotta say I really like their brand... I decided to do a girly mani with one of my new polishes.

Ok so I started with Butter London's Marrow which is a deep purple color..

I used 2 coats of Marrow on all my fingers..(i showed the first picture where I used a custom white balance and auto white balance for the rest of the pics)

Then I used my Bundle Monster plate 205 with the butterfly design on the left side..

and I used China Glaze Gr8 to stamp ( I liked that it had a holo effect but indoors it wasnt too in your face kind..)

so I just went ahead and stamped all my fingers (this is pre-clean up)

Voila!~~

Eau So Fresh Daisy Perfume and Manicure ^_^

Recently I just bought Marc Jacob's Daisy Eau So Fresh perfume..it's so girly and fun.. and then I was inspired by the whimsical bottle and box it came in.

So I decided to do a daisy manicure inspired by this box.

I used my dotting tools to create the daises...

I used OPI's In the Spot-light as the base color ans Sally Hansen's Mellow Yellow and White On for the daises..

Then using Milani's Jewel FX polish I dotted a speck of gold glitter in the middle of each daisy just like how the perfume box does..

So after 2 coats of In the Spot-light, I used my dotting tool to randomly create daisies onto each finger and place the gold glitter... then to give the whole mani a nice sparkle I used Northern Lights Holographic Top coat in silver on top of the whole mani...

Girly Pink Ombre

After I did my Purple Ombre Mani I was itching to do another ombre mani but with different colors...and finally I decided to do a red/pink ombre mani...

I had the hardest time picking what colors to use...

see? I even had to swatch random colors of that family to see what would go together...

I decided to use Zoya's Blair for my thumb, Essie's Canyon Coral with China Glaze Mrs. Clause (not pictured) on my pointer finger, Cult Nail's Devious Nature on my middle finger, L'oreal's Trust Fund Baby on my ring finger, and finally Essie's Sugar Daddy on my pinky..

I think the colors went pretty well together...

Most of the colors I chose were creme colors and I like sparkle..a lot.. so on top of all the colors I added a coat of Northern Lights hologram top coat in gold...

Dots are so much fun...

The other day I had a girls day out with my girlfriends and wow I spent a bunch of money on polishes hehe... That day we went to Ihop and we walked around in Waikiki and did manicures...overall it was a fun day... I bought a couple of Zoya polishes and I did a fun dot manicure..

I used Zoya's Cheryl and Tallulah for this color scheme... I really liked this design and color but I decided to change the color scheme when I got home...

I used Blair and Pasha for my dot mani when I got home..

First I alternated every other finger with Blair and Pasha (*sigh* Blair is such a pretty deep ruby red...I love it...its such a dreamy color~)

Then using my dotting tool I placed 3 dots of Pasha onto my Blair fingers..I placed the 2 larger dots first then placed the small dot in after (I used the bigger end of the dotting tool to create the bigger dots and the smaller end for the small dots)

Then I put the Blair dots onto my Pasha fingers..

Voila!I'm glad I took off the blue/brown scheme.. I like this color scheme more.. it feels like its more feminine and I think the two colors compliment each other more then Cheryl and Tallulah...

This was my friend's mani..she used OPI- Meet me on the star ferry and Princesses Rule... this makes me want to pick up a bottle of princesses rule too ;)

Wow 20 followers..thanks for all your support! So my co-worker Jennifer just came back from her trip to Seattle and she bought me some polishes from the Julep Salon...so I decided to do a cute girly mani with them....

My co-worker bought me the pink, purple, and gold. I used Essie's Little Brown Dress for the "chocolate sauce"

This pink color is called Reese and it has a nice bubblegum pink creme finish.

First I did two coats of Reese..(the formula was a bit thick but it wasn't bad where a little nail polish thinner couldn't fix)...

The purple (Anne) was hard to capture...it is actually a middle tone of the two pictures..I changed my mind after I took all the mani pics so I don't have pictures of my ring finger "in the process" of turning into purple.

Then I used Essie's- Little Brown Dress to create the "chocolate" sauce that "drips" onto the nail.

So its relatively easy, just use a rather thick coat of polish that you would like to use as the "sauce" and then from the top 1/3 of the nail just make random strokes to give it that drippy sauce effect.

As you can see it doesn't need to be neat or uniform on every nail it can be free-handedly done

For my purple nail I did a gold "sauce" I used Julep- Sienna.

Then for the "cherry on top" I added rhinestones to the top right corner to each nail. voila!

So lately the buzz is all about Harry Potter...i gotta say the last movie is AH-MAZING~ if you havent watched it yet then you really should go see it..and in 3d if possible...you wont regret it... anyways onto the manicure ^_^ on a sad note one of my nails (my pointer finger) chipped last week..so I ended up clipping it to a shorter length and since I couldn't stand only one nail of my right hand being shorter then the rest I had to cut all of them to a shorter length on that hand so I apologize in advance for the nubbly fingers >.< so like my title suggests I couldn't decide whether to go Slytherin or Gryffindor so I ended up doing both...

This mani was ridiculously easy to do as long as you have the shatter polishes that seem to be all the craze now...

I started with 2 coats (it doesn't really have to be neat except for the finger you plan on leaving with out shatter) of this No Miss polish in Hutchinson Hunter that I bought from Down to Earth... It was the perfect deep Slytherin green color that I wanted...

then after it was all dried I put on a layer of OPI's Silver shatter on all my nails except my pointer finger which I left plain...

then on my pointer finger I added 3 silver rhinestones....

then I used 2 coats of this Eleanor polish in ENP039 that my friend bought for me from Sasa in Hong Kong...I felt that this was the perfect red for the Gryffindor style..

then I used Sephora by OPI's new gold shatter polish for the rest of my nails except my pointer finger....

on a quick sidenote.. I think its so funny that OPI used Shatter, China Glaze used Crackle, Color Club used Fractured and thus since most of the other verbs were taken SOPI was stuck using Blasted....*sigh* so many verbs that mean all the same...

and then I used 3 gold rhinestones for the pointer finger...

Voila!~

First off I would like to apologize and give a HUUUUUUGE thank you to Maria of Cult Nails. Waaaaay back in May *hangs head in shame* she had a giveaway of her "A Day at The Races" collection. She had accidentally made one extra Blogger review package and she would give it to a blogger who started their blog before March 2011 and had the least amount of followers... I'm proud? to say I won....so a HUGE Thank you!!! to Maria... but then I had to fly away to Hong Kong for a month so I didn't get the package before I left. The first thing I did when I got home was rush to my room and holler at my dad to ask him where he put all my mail that I got when I was away... but still this is over a month since I got the package so a big Sorry to Maria as well for posting this so late.... but I'm waay proud to say I'm officially a cult member.. so without further ado here's Cult Nail's A Day At The Races collection...

Ok here we go... all colors are 2 coats unless otherwise stated.

First up is Devious Nature... I was intimidated by this bold berry color at first and honestly I was prepared to not like it so much.....

but then I put it on and wowsa.... I definitely give this a two thumbs up... its not shockingly bright but its bright enough to give a nice pop... the closest color i can think that it matches is the Victoria Secret drenched in Pink lotion bottle... i this berry color is a nice middle ground for those people who would like to try bright bold colors but aren't gutsy enough to buy that ruby red just yet...

Devious Nature is definitely a keeper in my book.

Next up we have Let me Fly..

This teal-turquoisey color to me is like a dirty blue with a nice silvery bluey shimmer in it.

In different shades of light this color is a bit darker turquoise...but the silver shimmer is still visible..

Close-up shot of the bottle...can you see all the silvery bluey shimmer? It's still visible when you wear it on your nail.

Then we have Cruisin' Nude..this nude-y color has a feminine touch to it..there's a hidden pink shimmer to it that is absolutely stunning..

The shimmer isn't too visible but this color was opaque with one coat..I used two for these shots but this color is stunning

It's hard to catch the warm pink undertone but trust me it's there..

I swatched a glass disk with two coats of this color...you can see the pink shimmer more clearly...this is what it looks like on the nail...the pink shimmer is gorgeous~~

The last two polishes in this collection is Captivated (right) and Always Winning (left)

Captivated is a jelly-like polish with a glitter party inside. The coral base is semi-sheer so it goes great for layering...

Here is actually 2 medium-thick coats of Captivated...I was impatient but if you want you can probably get away with thinner coats for a better coverage or 1 medium thick coat as well..its up to you but this color is still a glitter party with only one coat..

For some reason my camera picked up more of the orange tones of this polish but its a wee bit more red in real life..

Finally we have Always Winning... its an army green polish with gold glitter and holo glitter as well...this is only 2 coats but you can probably get a more intense color if you wanted..I liked the look with 2 coats so I stopped there...it was super hard to capture the holo-ness though..

Even if you can't see the holo-ness in the picture the goldd glitter makes up for it I think. I like this color and I look forward to trying it on top of other colors...

And finally one big factor for me if I purchase a polish is it's chipability...I work in the library and I shelve a lot of books which is ~killer~ on my nails..I wore Devious Nature for 3 days before wearing it to work one day and it still lasted! I didn't even wear top coat with this and this was 2 coats of Devious Nature...also another test I have is if I can clip my nails while wearing the polish. I clipped my nails with Devious nature on with no problem..it didn't have any major chips at all I couldve worn this easily for a couple more days if I wanted to...

I liked this collection so much I rushed off to buy another one of Maria's polishes (Living Water).. Cult Nails polishes retail for $10.00 but if you follow Maria's Twitter ,Facebook , or blog she sometimes gives coupon codes or freebies so you might get a great deal :)

So far from this collection Captivated, Cruisin' Nude, and Let Me Fly is sold out....but Cruisin' Nude and Let Me Fly are coming back later so be sure to get your hands on them when they come back... unfortunately Captivated is limited edition and its already sold out....BUT..... if you go on Maria's Facebook and "like" Cult Nails once there are 1,000 likes Maria will give one lucky person all 9 colors in the Cult Nails line including Captivated...so get on it!! :)

So my time in Hong Kong is winding down but lately its been raining cats and dogs! I just miss the lovely weather of Hawaii soo much during these times.. so I did a mani to reflect my weather wishes :)

i used polishes that I bought from Hong Kong...

First I put on 2 coats of this sky blue color...it was actually opaque enough with one coat but I wanted a nice thick coat to truly depict the blue sky that I wish we had here in Hong Kong...

Then I used a white color and used my dotting tool to dot some clouds on my ring finger and then started placing glitter in a diagonal line on my middle finger, thumb and pinky..I used glitter from Revlon-Rock, and the stinky silver glitter I bought in Hong Kong (check my prev. post to see which one I'm talking about)

then I went on to dot clouds on my pointer finger as well...

Then using Revlon- Rock I swiped on a layer of glitter on the outer side of the nails with the diagonal line of glitter ( i was careful to not let the big pieces of glitter onto the nail...i tried to place only the small silver and blue glitter)

Voila!!~~

Quick Haul Post...

So in Hong Kong the weather has been kinda nutso but here's a quick post of the polishes I bought so far...

This purple polish is a great layering polish sorry I didnt take pics of my swatches but I bought these at the Bonjour store at the Sha Tin train station :) This is Callar brand and it's made in france but there isnt any name or number to distinguish this color...

This Marcia polish immediatley called to me...it was so sparkly...i love love love this one... 2 layers for opacity...

this chic chic polish is another great one for layering...its sheer so it gives a nice blue-ish sparkle with the light pink color..

Then I saw a China Glaze polish that I've wanted in a while so I snatched it up...this is China Glaze - White Cap...

then I saw this glittery silver polish that was jam packed with different sizes of silver glitter pieces and I decided I wanted this as well...but then..

i tried it and it smelt soooooooooooooooooooo bad!!! >.< major fail...but then I guess I'll just use this very sparingly cuz the smell is just AW-FUL~~~ >.<

So whats the grand total for these polishes? 92 bucks....wait thats Hong Kong dollars... the exchange rate is 1US dollar is about 8 Hong Kong dollars...so that means all these polishes for roughly 11 US dollars!!!! i'm in luvvvvv :) haha

I have another mani idea in my head that is inspired by the weather here lately I'll post it up soon :)

Its been so rainy and gloomy here in Hong Kong lately so I decided to do a tropical summer vibe manicure...

I bought a couple new polishes for the other day when I helped my cousins do their nails... I didnt really take a lot of pics of the new "guest" manis but I do have a few pics that i'll put at the end of this post...

I started with 2 coats of a bright orange polish by Eleanor..they dont really have names but the item number i guess is ENP043...

this brand is formulated in France and it was a uber great buy... 2 polishes for 28 Hong Kong dollars... ( so 28 divided by about 8 will give you how much it costs in USD...so that means less then 4 bucks for 2!!!)

then I sliced some citrus slices to decorate...at first I was going to only use oranges but I felt that it would be too plain so I decided to use all the citrus fruits i got.. ;)

Then instead of placing a lot on each nail I decided to randomly placed one on my pointer, ring and pinky finger and make a bigger decoration on my middle finger...

Then on my thumb I was going to make it just like my middle finger but then it looked a little too over the top so I decided to alternate with some rhinestones...yay for sparkle-ness :)

Voila!~~ easy peasy lemon squeezy~ haha :)

Now for some shots of what I did for my cousins this past week...

So this past weekend we had some watermarble-ing fun....I used the Eleanor polishes I bought from Sasa... (ill do a blog post about my hauls later) I only have pics of 2 manis I did and one of my other cousins didnt send me a picture yet... i'll update when she does...

This is the result of the watermarble mani for one of my cousins...

and then I used OPI- Planks A Lot with a random black color and Konad stamping for another one of my cousin's mani... its very Anna Sui i think :) hehe..... i did another watermarble mani too but like I said I'll post later :)

Guest Nails...

The other day I offered to help my cousins do a mani and I had a blast doing their nails for them..

I did both my cousins nails but i only took more detailed shots for the stamped mani...

For this mani I put on 3 coats of Essie- Shop till I drop....then on the tips I used OPI/Katy Perry- Teenage Dream..

For this mani I started with 2 coats of China Glaze- Something Sweet...

Then I stamped with BM21 the chain-mail like design...

I stamped using OPI/Pirates- Planks a lot and then topped it off with SV (see the lovely shineness? hehe) I had a great time doing their nails for them this week...can't wait to see my cousins on sunday and do new manis for them :)

P.S I finally got a charger for my laptop so thats why the watermarks mysteriously reappered ;) haha...I bought a couple new goodies on my trip so far and I'll post it up within the next two days..... I promise :) hope everyone is having a great summer~ xoxo

Pirates in Imax...

So the other day my cousin took me out to watch Pirates of the Caribbean in Imax 3d...and naturally I had to use the OPI/pirates polish for a matching mani..

I seriously loove the OPI/Pirates collection...I really like these colors..

So I used Mermaid's Tears, Skulls and Glossbones and Silver Shatter...

I alternated the 2 colors between all ten fingers (this is pre-clean up sorry for the mess...)

Then I put a layer of silver shatter on top...

Voila~~

Then we went to have some snacks... look at this deliciousnesss...

Ok first I'm in Hong kong right now!! Wow...havent been back here in a while and I totally forgot how hot/humid it can be... anyways I didnt get to take a lot of pictures of this mani but I really liked the overall effect..I was so busy unpacking and getting all my business ready..

I didnt take the step by step of the process... but I used OPI/Pirates of the Caribbean polish for all the base colors.. I alternated with Steady As She Rose and Planks A Lot..

The polishes I used were Milani Gems, OPI- Steady As She Rose, Planks A lot, and I Juggle...Men

I just alternated the 2 colors on all my fingers...

for the glitter I used my orange stick and individually placed the glitter in a diagonal line across my nail...

So since I have so much to do I have a feeling I won't be able to post as regularly as I like... I brought my laptop with me but my charger isnt compatible with the outlets.. so i cant use my laptop and im currently borrowing my aunt's one...that also explains the lack of watermark on my pictures...hopefully I can update soon...till then hope you're all having a great summer ^_^

Take A Sparkly Pill...

This mani is fast and simple..like most of my manis haha... I wanted to work with lighter colors so I used 2 OPI colors and the sparkle comes from a NYX girl polish and a Milani polish..

The pill title comes from the idea that like the Tylenol pills or the old school video games the pills were always 2 colors and the two ends were different colors like that..

First off my base color is from the OPI Pirates collection- Steady As She Rose... I used 2 coats for full opacity..

Then the other colors is from the same collection.. OPI- Stranger Tides...

To make the clean lines I used tape to tape off the section I wanted to use Stranger Tides on before putting on the polish..

Halfway through the mani I changed my pointer finger and did the opposite colors (base-Stranger tides, top- Steady As She Rose)..

I used NYX Girls- Prismatic Gold for the sparkly-ness on the top..and I placed the line of glitter using glitter from Milani-Gems..I specifically picked out the green and silver glitters for all my fingers except the pointer finger..

And then for the line of glitter on my pointer finger I specifically picked out the silver and red glitter...

Voila!

Oh and by the way...this is the first time I'm doing a "scheduled" post...but when this is posted..I'll be on a plane to Hong Kong!! ^_^ so excited~~ should be fun! I already have another mani idea in the works its simple but hopefully I can get it up in a timely fashion...hope everyone is having a great summer so far!

Sparkly Cheetah Spots...

I've recently bought a Nubar that I really like...its the holographic polish named Jewel..

Then with this nice sparkly brown color I decided to do a cheetah inspired mani... (also I think its partially because my co-worker was wearing a cheetah print top to work the other day..haha)

Then I used my bundle monster plate to stamp the cheetah print onto my nails...

Then as an accent finger I put silver shatter on top of my index finger...it didn't shatter as nicely as I hoped but I think its still nice looking..

And then these shots were taken in the sun... i reaally like the sparkly-ness of this mani..

So Im going on a trip soon and I had to pack what polishes to bring...that was one of the hardest thing to do! *sigh* All I could bring was whatever polish that fit into this bag... >.< I cant even remember what stuff I stuffed in there... *sigh* hopefully when I go on my trip I can pick up some more polishes... and hopefully I can still post every couple of days...hope everyone is having a great summer so far!

Today's mani is done with supplies from the Born Pretty Store ...

It's a super girly mani...

The Hello Kitty design is from the stamping plate that was a freebie the Born Pretty store offered a while back for their twitter followers...and the stickers were a freebie for their facebook followers...

So naturally when I wanted to do this manicure I thought it had to be girly girly....so here are the colors I used... China Glaze- Something Sweet, Essie- Lilacism, OPI- Teenage Dream, China Glaze- Medallion..

So I alternated the purple and the pink for the base colors...

So I stamped with white first then I filled in the white outline with white polish so there is a white kitty ^_^

and then I stamped again with black to give a black outline to the white kitty...and then instead of coloring her bow I used the bow stickers to give it that pop of color and sparkle...

Then to add some pizazz I used Teenage Dream to make dots on my pink nails and then Medallion to make dots for the purple nails..

and voila!..

Summer Side Dots . . .

Today I felt like doing something simple yet cute... I wanted to use summer-y colors so I dug through my stash and chose some china glaze polishes to do my side dot mani...

I was going to use another color for my thumb but I tried a lavender and a yellow but it didnt vibe well for me...so I ended up just repeating the colors...

The four colors I used all China Glaze polishes... I used Re-Fresh Mint, Something Sweet, Sea Spray, and Peachy Keen..

Here's a messy shot I took halfway through my mani... I didn't do step by step shots because it was a real simple mani...I put on two coats of each color for full opacity and then I used my dotting tool to put large and small alternating dots down the right side of my nail...

For my pinky I used Peachy Keen and I dotted with Sea Spray...

Next I used Sea Spray for my ring finger then dotted with Something Sweet...

Then I used Something Sweet for my middle finger and dotted with Re-Fresh Mint...

Then I completed the color cycle with Re-fresh mint for my pointer finger and dotted with Peachy Keen..

and repeated Peachy Keen for my thumb and dotted with Sea Spray...

Then I finished it off with a layer of SV..

Voila!~~

Wicked Sweet Watermarble...

I was brainstorming for nail art ideas and I decided to do a water marble mani...

I looove the smell of this mani...haha I must sound like a weirdo but the wicked sweet collection is great! even for a water marble mani it still smells fruity and sweet..

I used the Wicked Sweet collection from Color Club I used- Raspberry Rush, Gimme a Grape Big Kiss, I Always Get My Man-darin, Yum Gum, and Wicked Sweet for the marbling and the base white color is White on by Sally Hansen. For this water marbling mani I used an old detergent cup, tape, toothpicks, a napkin to wipe on, and a q-tip to clean up the mess after...

This is one quick layer of Sally Hansen- White On..it doesn't have to be perfect, and then I taped off the rest of my nail so that the polish wouldnt be all over my skin..

I dripped the polish in the cup of water and then using the toothpick I dragged out the design that I wanted...

I dipped my nail into the design and then cleaned up the rest of the polish before slowly pulling out my nail... I purposely didnt tape off my thumb so you can see the polish that can get stuck on your skin if you dont tape off or pull away the polish before you pull out your nail...

Pinky nail...blue, pink, and purple...

Ring finger...orange (idk why it turned out yellow-y) blue, and pink..

Middle finger- magenta, orange, blue (i had minor bubbles so I dabbed a toothpick into the magenta to fix those areas...you can kind of tell where I had to fix...)

Pointer finger...i didnt like this finger >.< it was pink blue yellow and magenta..

Thumb finger- Orange( again it spread out to look yellow-y) blue, pink, and magenta...

Voila!~~ it smells ah-mazing too ;)
